6 Quick, easy and delicious sandwich recipes
Montadito 1 –
A slice of bread, rocket leaves, a little oil, a slice of cured cheese and half a thin slice of serrano ham.
Montadito 2-
A slice of bread, half a slice of tomato, a pinch of salt, a slice of mozzarella, an anchovy in oil and a little basil.
Montadito 3-
Slice of bread, mix pasta (1/4 of chopped spring onion, 3 or 4 chopped gherkins, a can of drained tuna, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise), a mussel and a little chives.
Montadito 4-
Slice of bread, guacamole (1/4 chopped spring onion, 1/2 ripe avocado, a little fresh coriander, a few drops of Tabasco, juice of 1/4 lime, a dash of oil and a pinch of salt), 1 /2 cherry tomato cut in half and a pinch of salt.
Montadito 5-
Slice of bread, 1/2 piquillo pepper or roasted pepper, garlic prawns (oil in a pan, 2 chillies, 2 sliced garlic cloves, brown and remove. Put the prawns in the same oil and cook. Mix the prawns with the garlic fried), chopped fresh chives.
Montadito 6-
A slice of bread, a fried quail egg, a piece of chistorra (if you find it difficult to get it, you can replace it with chorizo or sausage), a skewer to hold the chistorra to the bread, and salt flakes.
As I was saying, the montaditos are quick and easy.
You can also go to a bar or restaurant and spend a pleasant afternoon in the company drinking different flavours of sandwiches on a terrace.
